The non-profit, Island Estates Civic Association maintains our entryway and flag, lighting at the entryway and along Island Way, organizes beautification projects in common areas and represents our community with one voice to our City government. This Association, while voluntary, is critical to sustaining the quality of life we all expect and deserve. It is imperative that we have the strong membership of ALL our residents if we are to continue to have an attractive upscale community. Island Estates has no common mandatory homeowners association.

Here's what the Civic Association does for you:

• Neighborhood Beautification, including maintenance of medians and entryway
• Represents our Island to the City of Clearwater to promote our interests
• Fall and Spring Social Events
• Town Hall meetings with public and community officials
• Holiday Lighting on Entryway and Holiday Lighting Contest for residents
• Annual Garage Sale
• IECA Website with bulletin boards and calendar of events
• Quarterly newsletters informing you of issues & events
