So, What does the IECA do for me?
Pays more than $10,000 per year to maintain the entry way to Island Estates. Includes electrical service, replacing light fixtures, maintaining shrubbery, planting, trimming, spraying, weeding & mainenance of our American Flag.
Major beautification project for Island Way.
Applies for grant money from the City of Clearwater.
Efforts to obtain Penny for Pinellas funding
Your voice to the City of Clearwater on conformity to city & development codes, wake zones, traffic control, underground utilities & maintenance issues such as irrigation systems, trimming of palm trees and mowing of median on Island Way.
Maintains our status in the Neighborhood Watch Progam; helps to enforce Neighborhood Conservation Overday District (NCOD) code violations.
Maintains our IECA website (www.myislandestates.org), publishes a quarterly newsletter and a membership directory.
Organizes Town Hall meetings, attends City Council meetings and meets regularly with City officials on issues that affect our community
AND - Organizes Social events, sponsors an annual Clean Up Day and Block Party to help you meet your neighbors and have fun!
