May 20, 2016- The Final Order issued by the Administrative Law Judge in the CMA appeal upheld the action of the Community Development Board.

The City of Clearwater approved the CMA's expansion plans at their January 19 meeting.

This is the recommendation that will be presented at the January 19 meeting, with the CDB recommending approval
of the plans and the conditions of approval.
CMA Development Application
The proposal includes a parking garage, two buildings and a dolphin tank. A two-year development order is requested
and allowable flexibility is requested from height, setback and landscape requirements.
