To find information about a development:
1- Click the link above to visit the City of Clearwater Development website.
2- From the top menu click Search, then select the dropdown item Planning Applications.
3- On the resulting page, under General Search, enter the Case Number shown on this page for the development (i.e., FLS2015-09022) Do not fill out any other fields.
4- Scroll down and click Search. The resulting page will show information about the development including: Details, Fees, Inspections, Processing Status, Attachments and Related Records.

Update on 2-7-2016 - Dock Approval Requested
The Community Development Board (CDB) is reviewing a proposed 2,729 square foot dock as part of the previously approved condominium project for the property located at 405-415 Island Way. The dock approval request will go before the CDB at the February 16 meeting, held at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 112 South Osceola Street, 3rd Floor.
